Your details on clor.in

Last updated 9 October 2026. This notice covers this website and its early-access form. It does not cover the Clor software your company runs; that has its own notice for employees.

Who is responsible

What we collect

Only what you type into the early-access form: your name, company, city, number of employees, phone number, email, the readers you use and any message. Nothing is collected unless you submit the form.

We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify you.

Why, and on what basis

To contact you about early access to Clor — a call to understand your site, and setting Clor up if you go ahead. We use your details on the basis of the consent you give by ticking the box on the form. We do not sell them, share them for marketing, or add you to a newsletter.

Where they are kept, and for how long

Form entries are stored with Cloudflare, which hosts this website and may hold data outside India. We keep your details while we are in touch about early access, and delete them within 24 months of our last contact unless you become a customer, or sooner if you ask.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask to see the details we hold about you, correct them, or have them erased, and you can withdraw your consent at any time — email suresh@clor.in. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything done before. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
